Working terms and declarations

IndianNatya works with around 100 online teachers. Remuneration is paid per class and is determined by qualifications, teaching experience and communication skills. Teachers may handle approximately 12–250 classes per month depending on demand, availability and performance; no fixed number is guaranteed.

New teachers usually begin with 2–3 classes per week. Classes may be increased gradually based on sincerity, punctuality, teaching quality, communication and student requirements. Remuneration is normally paid on the 1st or 2nd of every month.

Frequent absences or short-notice postponements are not acceptable and may result in termination of the teaching arrangement.
